The Fiber 35 Diet

January 6th, 2009

Fad diets usually only lead to disappointments, without actually helping you lose any weight. Here is a diet that truly works: the Fiber 35 Diet.

The Fiber 35 Diet, created by popular nutritional consultant and author Brenda Watson, believes that the only way to effective lose unwanted weight and keep it off is to reduce the amount of calories that we consume every day. Watson’s book, entitled Fiber 35 Diet: Nature’s Weight Loss Secret, details the role of fiber in the diet, and how it can help with losing weight and preventing the development of serious diseases. At the same time, the book also enables you to compute your actual caloric needs in order for you to learn a healthier way of eating. It even teaches you several ways of preparing healthy, palatable meals that are rich in fiber.

Unlike fad diets, the Fiber 35 Diet uses scientific facts as bases for its weight loss techniques. Typical diets promote meals that are low in carbohydrates but high in protein; the Fiber 35 Diet does not do this. Rather, the Fiber 35 Diet promotes the intake of at least 35 grams of fiber in a day. Fiber can help you lose weight by controlling your appetite. Taking in adequate amounts of fiber can prolong the effects of cholecystokinin or CCK, a hormone that is responsible for digestion and for the feeling of satiety. Also, since fiber occupies a lot of room in your stomach but does not contain any calories, it can make you feel full without making you gain any extra weight.

Aside from making you lose weight, the Fiber 35 Diet also provides other benefits to the body. By increasing the amount of fiber that you take in, normal elimination is encouraged, your digestive system is kept healthy, and the development of gastrointestinal diseases is avoided. With the Fiber 35 Diet, you can lower your risk of developing high blood pressure and heart disease, diabetes, stroke and even certain types of cancer. Foods that are high in fiber are also rich in energy and have antioxidant properties, to help protect the tissues from damage caused by free radicals.

There are 2 kinds of fiber, namely soluble fiber and insoluble fiber. The Fiber 35 Diet believes that both kinds should be incorporated in the diet in specific proportions in order for weight loss to occur. Soluble fiber is a kind of fiber that can dissolve in water and is digested slowly. This kind of fiber remains in the stomach for a longer period of time, allowing it to soak more digestive toxins. Soluble fiber can be found in beans, nuts and fruits, and should compose 35% of the fiber in your diet. Meanwhile, insoluble fiber moves through the digestive tract faster, rapidly sweeping the intestines of dangerous debris. Insoluble fiber should compose 65% of the diet in your fiber.

It is very easy to incorporate the Fiber 35 Diet to your lifestyle. There is a full line of healthy snack bars and shake on the market that can help you increase your fiber intake. Aside from these, there are also dietary supplements available in a variety of forms to help you boost your fiber intake. There are also Fiber 35 Diet kits available, for both starters and advanced users, that you can purchase online.

Top 10 Money Saving Resolutions For The 2009 New Year

January 6th, 2009

With the overall economy in a serious slump, the upcoming new year provides a great reason to turn your own personal finances around.

Try out these ten simple tips and turn over a new financial leaf:

1. Deal with your debt, especially credit cards. You can easily save $700 by transferring a card with an 18% interest rate and $2,000 balance to a new card with a lower 8.25% rate. Even better, apply for a new card with a 0% balance transfer offer, and save even more.

2. Stick to a budget for just one week. It takes serious willpower to stick with a budget, but you could probably manage it for a week, right ? If you track your spending for just that week, you’ll gain some insight into where your money went. You may also find an obvious item to cut back on. As an example, you might decide that your daily mocha-latte isn’t worth the $20 you spend each week.

3. Pay a bit extra on your mortgage and save tens of thousands later. Paying just a hundred dollars additionally a month on a $200,000 mortgage will save you over $60,000 over the 30 year life of the loan, and you’ll pay off the loan five years earlier!

4. Use your company’s flexible health-care spending plan. Just put a set amount into the plan each month, then you can pay for items like copayments, chiropractors, prescriptions, common over-the-counter drugs, air purifiers, and more. And, those payments are made with your PRE-TAX salary, which saves you 10-30% or more.

5. Clip those coupons! Takes a bit of work on your part…but it’s not as time consuming as you think. Plus, you will save hundreds. Coupon fanatics save over 50%, and sometime 80% on their grocery bills. With much less effort, you can easily save at least 20%. Since the average cost per week of food for a family of four is $225 (source USDA), you can net back over $20 a week.

6. Do those little projects that save energy around your house. You Replace the weatherstripping on your windows and doors, put more insulation in the attic, brush out the fins on your air conditioner’s outdoor unit, or just switch out your light bulbs for CFL’s. Compact Fluorescent bulbs save around $9 each per year, and last 7 years. That’s $63 saved with one minute of effort!

7. Don’t eat out as much. Sure, it’s convenient, but it’s very costly. Eat out just one time per week and use some of the savings to prepare something special at home. You can have a great steak every week and still save money.

8. Save money on your 2008 tax bill. Consider a little professional help this year…it’s worth it. If you can’t afford the help, at least try one of the major software packages. They all have a module that will help you find deductions and credits that you are due. And…don’t wait until April…if you do it now, you’ll have your refund sooner.

9. Take a close look at your insurance policies. The new year is an ideal time to look at your auto, home and life insurance, and consider some money-saving changes. Perhaps you have too much coverage, or could benefit from a higher deductible. Or, you could look at combining your auto and home insurance under one company for the additional discount.

10. Stop Smoking. At $4-5 a pack, a one pack per day smoker can save around $1500 a year. That’s not even considering the discounts on life insurance, and your health and well-being. If your aren’t ready for that big of a step, consider switching to a generic brand, and save $350 in 2009. Or…just cut back to half a pack and save $750.

Insightful Examination of Cancer Fighting Immune System Supplements

January 6th, 2009

If you’re fighting cancer and are curious about immune system supplements, both clinical and natural, keep reading for an overview of some of the most popular methods.

BRMs (Biologic Response Modifiers)

Biologic response modifiers are substances that alter the response of specific elements of the immune system to enhance, restore, or direct the immune defenses of the body. By definition, biologic response modifiers include several fields of research - immunotherapies, vaccines, and immune-system-enhancing agents. These types of therapies are often called biologic therapies.

The most commonly used type of biologic response modifiers is interferon. Interferon is a protein molecule that can help fight off certain diseases, like cancer. However, for treatment purposes, synthetic interferon is created in a lab and then administered to the patient to supplement the immune system. Interferon won’t cure cancer, but it will improve life spans and help control the disease.

Vitamin Supplements

There are mountains of studies that prove certain foods and vitamins are critical immune system supplements and help to restore the body after cancer while also preventing it.

One of the most infamous studies related to vitamin consumption and cancer survival rates was the Vitamin C study conducted by Linus Pauling. Pauling started his experiment with thousands of cancer patients, all of whom had similar cancer types and were around the same age.

Out of these patients, Pauling put a hundred of them on a daily program of high Vitamin C doses. The remainder received no Vitamin C. In the end, the participants consuming large amounts of Vitamin C lived significantly longer than the untreated patients.

Vitamin C is a popular example and a popular method because it has few drawbacks. Vitamin C isn’t toxic in large amounts and is water soluble. That means it passes through the body quickly and excess amounts are passed through and eliminated. Essentially, the benefits far outweigh the drawbacks.

Diet

Diet all by itself won’t cure cancer, but it can help slow it down, improve recovery and possibly prevent it. Nutrition is a major part of how well your body recovers after cancer, the strength of your immune system and how you deal with cancer and the cancer treatments.

One example of eating for the benefit of the immune system is all-organic diets, which are growing in popularity. Organic foods are foods that are all natural, have not been irradiated and have no chemical additives. For people trying to heal cancer, chemical additives are thought to be just one more foreign substance that can stress the body’s system.

The reasoning behind this theory is that eliminating anything that stresses the body will enable the immune system to spend more of its energy on fighting cancer while simultaneously providing immune system supplements.

There is unfortunately today no known sure fire means of either preventing cancer or healing it in individuals already afflicted. However, a combination of traditional medical approaches plus alternative strategies that have a degree of verifiable success is a great tactic to countering the effects of a malignancy and simultaneously building up the immune system.

How Jimi Hendrix Can Help You Win More Tennis Matches

January 6th, 2009

Why is Jimi Hendrix such an icon?

Well, there are many reasons and understanding why could just be the key to your tennis success.

I am sure you are eager to know how Jimi Hendrix can help you win more tennis matches aren’t you?

Hang on, I will explain in a minute!

First, a couple of questions!

Q. Do you lose too many matches to players with shots far “worse” than yours?

Q. Do you play better on the practise court?

Q. What about the excuses? I’ve heard them all by the way

“They just got lucky on the day” or “I just never got going” or “I don’t know what happened, I’ve been playing so well in practice” etc.

Has it dawned on you yet that Winning Tennis Matches is NOT all about Hitting Tennis Shots?

Q. Is there a way to stack the match odds in your favour?

Q. And if there is, are you interested?

Listen, sometimes you just don’t play well or your opponent just plays a great game BUT normally the one big factor that decides matches (unless there is a clear gulf in playing standard) is NOT the shots you play (per se) but your MENTAL approach, aptitude and application.

I don’t mean being mentally tough, I mean being mentally SMART!

Or put another way -

The truth is that you are probably spending too much time working on the technical aspects of your game without understanding THE GAME!!

Back To Jimi – Are You Experienced?

In the film “White Men Can’t Jump” Wesley Snipes says to Woody Harrelson “the trouble with you is that you listen to Jimi BUT you don’t HEAR Jimi”.

There is a crucial difference here and if you can understand this difference you can begin to Win More Tennis Matches.

Has the light bulb come on yet?

Let’s go back to what Brad Gilbert said – “it’s about who is doing what to who”.

What does he mean?

Basically he is saying, it’s the person who understands why and where he or she is hitting the ball that controls and will win the match – SIMPLE!

In my e-book Beat All The Tennis Players You Want I outline a 4-STEP MATCHPLAY SYSTEM to help you play BETTER in matches and ultimately WIN more matches!

But I am going to “let you in” on one of the steps that hardly anyone uses at club level that makes a MASSIVE difference in your ability to win matches!

Let’s look at a tournament match that I was involved in to show you how it works!

Here’s my story.

I used to practice with Dave on a fairly regular basis and would normally beat him. Then came the Club championships.

In the quarter finals I was drawn to play – Dave!

Anyway no problem I thought!

It was traditional to play the Club championships on the clay courts at the club. I had mostly played Dave on hard courts but didn’t think it would make much of a difference.

The match started and Dave who was a pretty good volleyer was not coming into the net as he normally did. He was staying back and just keeping the ball high and deep. I played my normal game and struggled a bit to attack and dominate from the net as normal!

The first set was a 6-2 for Dave.

The second set followed a pretty similar pattern with me just playing my normal game and Dave picking me off with his steady play and passing shots to win the second set (and the match) 6-3.

Dave had changed his STRATEGY to suit the slower clay courts, while I had just played my normal game.

It was only afterwards that I realized what had happened. I didn’t take my opponent and court surface into consideration. That is exactly what Dave had done and is exactly why he was into the semi finals.

He Was Experienced!

He knew I didn’t like to stay at the back of the court to rally and the slower higher bouncing clay court helped him keep me on the baseline and away from the net which is where he knew I wanted to be – He took me out of my Comfort Zone and won the match!!

I will say it again!

He had a STRATEGY!

How does this help you?

First realize that - All players (esp. @ club level) have “holes” in their game. You just need to find them.

Then just Exploit and Diffuse

1.Exploit weaknesses

Hone in on areas (shots/situations) where they make errors.

Control play to keep them defensive.

Put your strength up against their weakness.

Mentally put them under pressure from early on.

2.Diffuse strengths.

They have a great forehand – no problem, play on their backhand.

Good from the baseline - bring them to the net.

Powerful serve - block it back.

Great volleys - keep them on the baseline.

Are you beginning to HEAR Jimi or are you still LISTENING?

So here’s what you do!

Figure Out your opponent.

1.Before you play (if possible). Watch them play and take notes (write them down) of what they like AND don’t like doing.

2.In the warm-up - Most players use the warm up as a time to focus on themselves and get themselves ready to play, but you should look at your opponent to pick up clues on the things they like to do and don’t like to do.

3.During the match - During the first few games of the match, take mental (and physical notes – write them down) about your opponents weaknesses (to exploit them) AND strengths (to diffuse).

Another TRUE story to illustrate the point!

I run a great mixed adults group every Saturday. It’s full of great people and I really enjoy coaching it. A few months ago a new guy joined and fitted well into the group (he is now a permanent fixture).

It was weeks after he joined during one particular drill that I thought to myself “no-one realizes he is left handed” and casually walked around the group asking people on a one to one basis about what they were doing. Sure enough nobody mentioned anything about him or his play – in fact they only talked about what THEY were trying to do!

Point proved!

CONCLUSION – Get Out Of The Purple Haze!

Q. If you don’t even know or try to look for something as simple as whether your opponent is left or right handed, what chance have you got to exploit any weakness?

Q. If you have no recognition about what your opponent brings to the match court, how can you expect to be effective?

Q. How can you hit the target if you don’t know where the target is?

Hendrix knew exactly what he wanted his records to be like.

He had a vision (he could see and hear it) so he could go straight for it.

You need to understand what you are trying to achieve in terms of the tennis you want to play As Well As the tennis you want to and Need To play against your opponents.

The reason Hendrix was and will always be such a Superstar is that he “tuned” in to the song he was playing. He didn’t Just play a succession of notes and chords.

You have to do that on the tennis court. Tune into what is happening in the match and adjust accordingly. The sooner you realize that winning tennis matches is not just about hitting a succession of tennis shots, the sooner you will start WINNING MORE OF THEM!

HOW CAN YOU LEARN MORE?

Do you remember back to what I said earlier about the 4 step matchplay system that I have developed?

Well, it takes what you have just read and TURBO charges things up several levels!

I show you how to Take Control of matches with Player Specific strategies!

I show you how to Identify your opponents Weaknesses and how to Exploit them for Your Benefit!

I show you what to do if things aren’t going to plan so that you can Switch things around again!

At this point I would normally wish you GOOD LUCK, but in truth if you implement this stuff, you just WON’T NEED IT!

Why Money Can’t Buy Happiness

January 6th, 2009

When you were growing up, do you remember your parents complaining about money? It seems like there’s never enough of it to go around, spawning the phrase, “Money can’t buy happiness, but it sure helps.” It’s true that a lack of money can lead to a dissatisfaction with your daily life, but that dissatisfaction is the result of a lack of happiness. It’s a result, not a reason.

What does it mean to be happy? Most people will describe happiness as something they have and unhappiness as what they feel when something is missing. It’s the perfect definition, but the way the world today interprets that definition takes away the much deeper meaning behind it. They look at the fact that they are missing something and think, “I have to obtain it.” Then they work hard for the money they need to build their bank accounts and buy that yacht they’ve been dreaming of, that house they’ve been looking at or take that vacation they’ve been planning.

They don’t truly believe that money can’t buy happiness.

The thing is, happiness isn’t something you can buy. Money truly can’t buy happiness, because true, soul deep happiness can be yours for the low, low price of-nothing. True happiness is free! How is that possible? Because Jesus Christ made it available to us at no cost to ourselves the minute he died on that cross.

We as people were never meant for this earth, an earth filled with violence, greed and hate. We were intended for paradise, a paradise spent sitting at the right hand of God and having everything we ever dreamed of at our fingertips. Most importantly, we were meant for peace-the peace that comes from knowing that Jesus Christ is lighting up the dark corners of our soul.

Christ said in John 14:6, “I am the way, the truth and the light.” Money can’t buy happiness. It can only buy a fleeting moment of satisfaction that fades when the novelty is gone. Jesus Christ is the way to true happiness. He is the truth in the lies that society teaches us about happiness, and he is the light in our angry, hurting hearts that takes away all of our pain and offers us the respite of a true, soul deep peace that can’t be disturbed-regardless of whether we’re millionaires or living on Ramen and water.

Money can’t buy happiness. Unhappiness is a result of something we’re missing, but it’s not something that can be found in any store, on the back of any warehouse truck or even in the pews. It’s something we find when we close our eyes, open our hearts and ask the God of Jacob to reach down and touch our lives, blessing us with eternal happiness and the opportunity to spend the rest of our lives in paradise.

Money can’t buy happiness, because it’s never cost us a thing. In fact, it wants to give us something rather than take it away-the happiness, peace and joy that we’ve spent our whole lives searching for.

God Already Gave Us the Secret to Finding Happiness

January 6th, 2009

“For God so loved the world that he sent his only begotten son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.” John 3:16

Anyone who knows what it’s like to love a child knows the soul deep agony losing that child causes, because it lingers on the edges of their consciousness as their deepest fear. Can you imagine loving someone so much, even though they’ve been petty, and selfish, and cruel, and rejected you at every turn, that you would offer up your only child, subject him to an agonizing death, just so they would know the secret to finding happiness?

Most of us could never conceive of such a thing, willingly offering ourselves up as a sacrifice for the ones we love but protecting our children fiercely. We would never willingly subject them to an experience that was going to cause them harm just to guide someone else on the path to finding happiness. Yet that’s exactly what God did when he sent his son to earth to die on the cross. He sent his child, whom he loved dearly, for the sole purpose of allowing him to suffer persecution and prejudice, torture and rejection and eventually a horrible death on the cross just so a world full of sinners would have the chance to find true happiness in their lives and spend an eternity in paradise after their death.

Most of us spend our entire lives in the pursuit of our constitutional right to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. We go out on the weekends with our friends, spend quality time with our family, choose our jobs with care and work hard to achieve our career goals and believe that we’re living. We think we’re happy. Then the demons that lurk deep in our soul that tell us we’re not good enough, we’re not strong enough, we’re not pretty enough or thin enough, we’re not enough, not enough, can never be enough, start whispering in our ear, and all of that happiness we thought we had just floats away on the breeze.

We don’t know the secret to finding happiness, and so we never do.

In his book “The Big Lie” Stan Sanderson, from the Spiritual Coach Program, tells his readers that the world is full of lies about finding happiness. We spend our whole lives working ourselves to the bone to find the happiness we think we’ve been looking for only to discover that at the end we’re just as unhappy as we were when we started. We’ve made our career, our jobs, our family our idols and spent our time pursuing them in the pursuit of happiness when we should have been pursuing a deeper, closer relationship with Christ.

We can never earn happiness. None of us are so selfless, so giving, so pure of heart, that we deserve happiness. We all have our secrets, our flaws, our dark spots. The difference is, people who have discovered the truth about finding happiness have opened their hearts to God and allowed the blood of Christ, spilled so many years ago, to wash that darkness clean. To take advantage of the pure happiness he so selflessly gave us when he sent Christ to die for our sins so that we could be washed clean of sins we couldn’t begin to atone for and therefore deserve the paradise that he has waiting for us.

God’s already given us the secret to finding happiness, through the son he sent to die. All we have to do is open our arms and accept it.

Get Her Back - Make Your Ex Partner Remember the Good Times

January 6th, 2009

The one thing you can’t take away is your memory. We all have good experiences, we all have bad experiences. Whatever they are, those memories are always with us, in our subconscious. Some more readily available than others, but they are always still there, lurking under our consciousness.

In any failed relationship, the most recent memories will usually be those of the things that caused the parting.

If you’ve decided that you are going to try and win her back, you need to discard these unpleasant memories, and bring back the more pleasant ones. The good times you had together, the fun things you did, the great places you went.

Keeping in touch

The first thing you must do to get into the position of being able to evoke these pleasant memories is to be in regular contact. Plan this carefully because you don’t want to make it look as though you’re crowding or pressurizing her.

Be creative

In order to carry out your strategy of re-awakening those fond memories, you must carefully consider your meeting places. Ideally you want to use venues that allow you to talk, and don’t blast you out, and of course, if you can meet somewhere you have been before, together, and have had good times…even better.

Once you’ve met up at your venue, get around to reminiscing about the good times you had together. Don’t be too obvious or heavy handed. Be subtle. Hopefully she will join in too and start to volunteer some of her own memories. If she does, congratulations, you’re half way there.

Keeping up appearances

Whenever you are out and about, make sure you look good. Also, make sure you look happy. This is a great way of reminding your ex of what she is missing out on and may start those rumblings of doubt.

Keep up a busy diary. It’s useful too if mutual friends and family see you in circulation, looking great and having fun. It’s bound to get back to your ex and will increase her speculation about what she’s left behind.

Anniversaries

We all celebrate anniversaries of many sorts of events, particularly couples. Traditionally, women are a lot better at remembering them than men, but think hard. If you can arrange meetings with your ex, on those very days, maybe even in the very same places, this can be a sure fire winner, an excellent opportunity to re-awaken some great memories and, an added bonus…she will probably get there ahead of you.

The life and soul of the party

When you’re with your ex, show her that you are still a fun person. Don’t be miserable, don’t try to play the sympathy card. By being vibrant and full of fun and energy, you achieve two things. Firstly, you take away any pressure and feelings of guilt she may otherwise feel when she meets you. Secondly, she’ll see first hand that you’re still enjoying life and this can start her thinking about how much she used to enjoy having you around.

Remain focused, and stay positive. If you lead the way, albeit subtly in remembering the good times, it will steer her into the same vein of thought, and who knows…it may well get you back together again.

If you think there’s a chance to win her back visit http://www.getherbackblueprint.com right now, and read a simple plan of action for getting your lost love back.

Real Facts About Weight Loss Pills

January 6th, 2009

Weight loss pills have always been surrounded by controversy. There are many misconceptions about these medications, specifically with regard to their efficacy and safety. Nevertheless, approximately 50 million people are still using diet pills in order to lose weight. Here are some real facts about weight loss pills that you should know before trying them out.

Efficacy

The first question most people ask when choosing a diet pill is, “Is it effective?” In general, prescription weight loss pills are effective, as these drugs have undergone scientific research and have been proven to result in significant weight loss. However, the exact effects of these pills still vary from person to person. Also, most weight loss pills promise to help you lose weight in a fast and easy manner. Don’t be fooled with these promises. Losing weight requires time and effort. Most experts believe that effective and permanent weight loss is actually gradual and slow, usually losing 0.5 to 2 pounds a week. Also, it is important to remember that although weight loss pills can enhance the amount of weight you lose by up to 10%, not all diet pills will work for everybody. Different weight loss pills act in different ways; it is necessary that you find the right weight loss pill for your eating habits and lifestyle in order for you to lose weight.

Safety

Before taking any weight loss pill, it is important to look into the safety profile of the medication. Any medication can cause adverse effects, especially when they are not taken properly. Some weight loss pills can cause mild side effects, such as diarrhea and fatty stools; others, however, have been linked to more serious adverse reactions, such as increased blood pressure and life-threatening allergies. It is also important to remember that not everyone can take weight loss medications. If you have any medical condition, it may be best to see your doctor first before taking weight loss pills. If you’re already on the medications, a good rule of thumb would be to have yourself monitored by a qualified health professional while you are on the drugs. Follow-up regularly with your physician so that he or she can check if you are developing any side effects, and if the weight loss pill should be continued or stopped.

Weight Loss Program

Diet pills alone will not be able to provide you with effective and permanent weight loss. The intake of these weight loss pills must be combined with a healthy lifestyle in order to help you lose those pounds and keep them off. Most people who take diet pills but do not undergo lifestyle modification simply gain back the weight they lost once they stop taking the pills. In order to prevent this from happening, you must undergo changes in your lifestyle, which should include a balanced and healthy diet, a regular exercise plan and behavior modification. Studies have shown that combining the use of weight loss pills with these lifestyle changes will result in more weight loss than either lifestyle changes or medications alone. When combined, you can lose 5-10% of your original body weight in a year’s time, significantly reducing your risk of developing serious diseases.

Online Casino Bonuses - To Take Or Not to Take!

January 6th, 2009

Most online casinos offer bonuses to entice new customers and to keep their existing members motivated. These bonuses depend on the online casino site that you are on at the time; there are no standard rules to any bonus offer, as each online casino site has their own set bonuses and with the internet being such a vast market most sites don’t worry about matching their competition. There are quite a few different types of bonus offers you will come across as you surf the different online casinos such as sign up bonuses, referral bonuses, match deposit bonuses and so forth. You can think of a bonus offer as free money, because that is basically what it is - the casinos will offer you in-game cash bonuses to play their games, although sometimes these bonuses may be in the form of a gift, such as a cruise trip, dinner, movies etc.

There is no denying that most often these bonus offers are hard to resist, but before you go signing up for all these bonuses you should do some research to see what the downside to these bonuses might be. In other words read the fine print! Most bonus offers are not very easy to cash in; the majority of them require you to place a certain amount of bets before you can qualify to receive your bonus. Many of these bonus offers are so very tempting at first glance immediately but if you were to read the fine print, you would discover why the casinos are so free to give them out to new players as in order to cash in on some of these bonuses sometimes you are required to play triple times the bonus before you can qualify to receive your bonus. Now this is not to say that there absolutely are no free bonuses in online gambling this is just to warn you not to go in expecting to be given everything you think you’re being offered.

As you can see online casino bonuses have their advantages and their disadvantages, but you must know by now that nothing in life is really free, you have to pay a price. Whether you should take an online casino bonus or not is really up to the individual. If you are willing to spend the extra cash or you feel the bonus they offer is worth it well it’s all well and good, but on the other hand if you cannot afford to spend the extra cash then it would be best if you do not sign up for the online casino bonus.

Finally if you are still uncertain whether you should take that online casino bonus or not, try doing some research for yourself. Visit some of the online casinos and compare their bonus offers to see if they are worth the trouble or not. Be sure and read the fine print to see what the requirements for each online casino bonus entails. You can save yourself a lot of headache and grief, not to mention money, by familiarizing yourself with what these online casino bonuses are all about.

Perfume Oils Are Your Alternative to Cheap Perfume

January 6th, 2009

During the current economic down turn we are all looking at ways to cut down our spending. There are certain areas where you just can’t cut back, but when it comes to perfumes there is good news in the form of perfume oils. Let me tell you about perfume oils

Perfume oils have been around for a very long time even before the perfume we know of today came along. Perfume oil is pure perfume without any fillers like water, ethanol or alcohol, this helps the actual fragrance last longer, much longer than ordinary perfume because alcohol at its core is a drying agent and causes the fragrance and skin to dry up and because of this perfume oils are known to last up to 8-10 hours and sometimes even more.

The most attractive part of perfume oils is that they are available in fragrances that smell exactly like the designer perfumes that we can buy off the high street. To understand how the exact fragrance is achieved we need to understand a couple of things, firstly the copyright aspect goes only as far as the brand name is concerned, nobody can actually put a copyright on ‘smell’ hence anyone can reproduce the exact smell that the designer house has produced as long as they don’t use the designer’s name. The exact fragrance composition can easily be achieved through a process called gas chromatography.

What makes a lot of people buy perfume oils is the price. For a few dollars you can buy a bottle of pure perfume which will last you anything from a few weeks to months. Well one would ask that if its so good then why is it so cheap? Well the answer is simple. You see the perfume you and I buy from the retailers in reality only costs a very small amount to produce, in fact it costs less than $10, but what bumps up the price is the fancy bottle and the packaging, the designer’s heavy profit, the distribution costs and then the retailer’s heavy mark up, all these put together make the perfume much more expensive than what it’s really worth. When it comes to perfume oils, there is none of that expensive mark up business involved and hence you can buy better quality for much less.

Due to the low price of perfume oils, you can afford to try different smells which normally you would not be able to do with ordinary perfume because of their exorbitant prices. But with perfume oils you can even use a different scent each day.

Since there is no spray nozzle, one may wonder how to apply the oils? Simple, the bottles in which the oils come in are normally fixed with a roller ball, so all you have to do is roll out the oil in your palm and apply either to your body or clothes, the more you apply the longer it will last, and because you have paid very little you don’t have to worry about it running out.

I personally have saved hundreds by starting to use perfume oils and I always get complimented on what I am wearing. Give Perfume Oils a try and order them from Perfume Parlour today.
